Ontario Commemorates Québec City's 400th Anniversary

Ontario is presenting a plaque to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the founding of Québec City.

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty presented the gift to honour the province's historic friendship with Québec. It was presented on the occasion of the first-ever joint Cabinet meeting of both governments. The plaque will be permanently installed on the promenade des Premiers-Ministres, located next to the National Assembly.
